How do I cancel an order on ADIShopping.com?

For outright cancellations by you:

Once you have placed an order with ADIShopping.com,you can call up the Customer Care number at +91 (120) 4637 600 or drop a mail to care@adishopping.com  to cancel the orderor modify it within two hour of placing the order. If you choose to cancel yourorder within two hour of placing it with us, you will earn for yourself cash inADI wallet against the order value. After two hour, the order is sent forshipment and cannot be canceled. You would then have to initiate a Return.After adhering to our Return & Return Segment policy, you will get cash inADI wallet against the order value.

If the cancellation is after your product has shipped, you can do one of the following:

  • If your product has shipped but has not yet been delivered, contact Customer Support and inform them of the same.
  • If you received the product, you can return it immediately and contact Customer Support, informing them of the cancelation.
  • If you have accepted the product, it will be eligible for return. Please refer to the RETURN SECTION for details on the same.

How long will it take to process my cancellation request?
